Lettings Process
The lettings process is made as simple as possible
If you are coming to let a property as a student , you must be a full time student. Here is the process briefly:
1. form your student group size for the property size and contact the landlord so we can make arrange to stop marketing the property
and guide you through the next simple steps subject to receiving the below.
2. all students must provide their passport ID , proof of full time student - university offer letter or similar
3. A ) if your booking direct from overseas as as international student then nothing else is required apart from above in most cases and never had a visa issued.
B) if your booking from UK or have a valid visa , we will need your sharecode as an international student .
4 The contract will be sent to you for signing (all) and you will need to pay a deposit to confirm your tenancy which confirms you contract.
For non students the process is a little different and details are on request , since we do not take on many non students .
